Do you struggle with aspects of your life?
Do you have stresses and tensions at work or home or a feeling of being stuck?
I offer a safe place for you to explore your relationship with your anxieties/frustrations/resentments however small or large they may be. I can support you to become steadier; for you to support yourself more in your everyday life.
 Focussed relaxations, becoming aware of your breath.
 Exercises to build on your inner resources of strength, understanding and caring.
 Support to meet the moments where you feel stress.
 Enabling you to come to terms with difficult situations.
 Support to feel calm; gain a sense of “this too will pass.”
I generally offer 1:1 sessions but am starting to work with small groups of 3-5 offering a block of 4 relaxation and breath-connecting exercises that can help with stress at different levels
