Oban Runners meet at 6.30pm at Atlantis reception area. We have warm up jog out to our chosen location. Then an interval session (flat one week and hills the next). Then we have a cool down jog back to Atlantis. Specific details for the week are on our facebook event listings.
All runners are welcome whatever ability. It’s a friendly group and you can get what you want from the session, no matter your speed or fitness we’ll adapt to you. Interval sessions are ideal for a mixed ability group as you can do as much or as little as you want.
