This day is open to beginners and those who practise mindfulness already. We will do different mindfulness practices and participants will actually experience how mindfulness can help them. It is a friendly, relaxed day and doesn’t feel too long. It is an excellent introduction to mindfulness.
Mindfulness has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve memory, reduce stress, anxiety and pain.
